Since 2016, Austin has been under the leadership of Charlie Kirk. Austin began working for Turning Point USA's Campus Victory Project as Administrative Director until he moved over to Turning Point Action in 2019 to serve as National Field Director. During his time, Austin worked alongside Charlie to run Students for Trump. His work led Turning Point Action to establishing over 300 SFT chapters at the largest universities in the country. With the guidance of Charlie and others, Austin took part in leading a robust movement, reaching millions of voters with the America First message in key battleground states.
